This Statement of Privacy applies to www.mtrigger.com, mTrigger™ Biofeedback mobile application, and mTrigger, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to mTrigger, LLC include www.mtrigger.com and mTrigger Biofeedback mobile application. The mTrigger website is an ecommerce site. The mTrigger mobile application does not collect or use ecommerce information. By using the mTrigger website and/or mobile application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access our website or application.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the website or Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, mTrigger may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

In order to provide you with the Application as part of our product, mTrigger may collect the following types of data:
- Mobile Device Access – We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s bluetooth, camera, speakers, reminders, sensors, or storage and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
- Mobile Device Data – Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
If you purchase mTrigger’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through mTrigger’s public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. The information recorded in the Application includes session settings such as time parameters, microvolt (uV) goal, and time stamp; performance data is fully de-identified and stored only locally to the mobile device on which it is recorded. Said data is the property of the recorder and as such any such information exported from the mobile application in any manner is neither the property nor responsibility of mTrigger or its constituents.
Use of your Personal Information
mTrigger collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.
Personal information supplied to mTrigger may be used to:
- Inform you of other products or services available from mTrigger and its affiliates.
- Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.
